As a Sales Representative at NEXGENESYS, you'll be the first point of contact for growing businesses exploring IT consulting and digital growth. You'll turn inbound interest and proactive outreach into booked consultations and new client relationships, helping prospects see a clear path to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals
- Run discovery conversations to understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and budget
- Present our services and tailor recommendations to the prospect's stage and needs
- Manage your pipeline in the CRM, keeping records, follow-ups, and forecasts accurate
- Partner with delivery teams to scope engagements and prepare clear, honest proposals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly booked-consultation and revenue targets
- Share market feedback that sharpens our offers and messaging
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or an account executive role (B2B services preferred)
- Strong communication and active-listening skills with a consultative, no-pressure style
- Able to explain technology and marketing services in plain, confident language
- Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and a disciplined follow-up process
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable thriving in a remote team
- A results-oriented mindset and a track record of hitting targets
